‘LAG’
This is a small lino print, about 10 x 15 cm, printed on 300 g heavy weight Hahnemühle paper with the title ‘LAG’ which refers to London —> Amsterdam —> Groningen like the luggage tag on flights.
The image shows the MG dancing around the train tracks that will bring us to first Amsterdam and since Groningen in the Netherlands for an immersion. The MG is wearing roller skates as she’s also a skating queen. On the one side of her legs is all out luggage stacked up, on the other leg (yes, she really got super strong legs!) is the projector standing holding one arm around the missing head to keep balance and with the other holding the head. And in between the heads is all sort of stuff dancing around. It might be the transmutation of learning how to collaborate in a way that is natural for both a left and a right brain.
After returning home from this experience the edition numbers, title and a mark with our signatures or perhaps 1341 will be added and stamped upon each print. Probably in red. So it will be very visible in whatever way.
For now the prints has to dry, so they won’t get their edges cut or finished up with stamps and stuff or send out before latest by end of June, going with the postal service. Shipping is included.
